Job summary

SynergenX | Low T Center in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Mid-Level Provider (PA/APN/APRN/FNP) for a part-time role. You will deliver patients’ care with physician oversight, educate patients, and help manage hormones, weight, and wellness services.

You will join a team-focused clinic, use established protocols, and contribute to an exceptional patient experience. Training is provided prior to regular shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee NP/PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA registration and Tennessee controlled-substance license.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Excellent patient education and ability to explain plans clearly.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and teamwork.
• Part-time availability and ability to complete two weeks of paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using established protocols.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Support hormone therapy and wellness services; manage related conditions.
• Educate patients about health options and wellness goals.
• Build strong patient relationships through compassionate care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate care.
• Support clinic operations and staff coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
• Utilize care-management tools to improve efficiency.
