Job summary

SynergenX in Tyler, TX is seeking a Mid-Level Provider for a full-time, on-site role in our hormone replacement and wellness clinic.

The successful candidate will work with a physician medical director and Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness, sleep apnea management, and weight control, while delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with the physician director and Center Director for hormone replacement and targeted wellness.
• Manage care for patients with hormone replacement, sleep apnea, weight management, and related conditions.
• Oversee staff and operations at the Tyler location.
