SynergenX | Low T Center in Franklin, TN is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) for part-time, clinical care focused on hormone replacement therapy and wellness services. You will work with a physician Medical Director and Center Director to deliver personalized care, educate patients, and maintain high-quality outcomes.

Two weeks of paid training are provided, Monday–Friday during clinic hours. Weekday shifts pay $65/hour; Saturday shifts pay $400 for a four-hour block.

Qualifikationen

• Active TN NP/PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current Tennessee Controlled Substance License.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Support hormone replacement therapy and wellness services.
• Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and wellness goals.
• Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care.
• Collaborate with the physician Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate patient care.
• Support clinic operations and staff coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable standards.
• Utilize technology and care-management tools to support efficient patient care.
