SynergenX | Low T Center in Johnson City, TN seeks a Mid-Level Provider (PA or NP) to join a focused wellness clinic. You will work with a physician director to deliver personalized care utilizing established treatment protocols and patient education to improve health and confidence.

The role requires active Tennessee NP/PA license and DEA registration, with paid two-week training Monday through Friday. Weekend/Saturday shifts are part of the schedule with specific hours.

Formación

• Active TN NP or PA license in good standing
• Current DEA registration
• Ability to work two full consecutive weeks of paid training, Mon-Fri

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols
• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Support hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services
• Educate patients about health, treatment options and wellness goals
• Build strong patient relationships through compassionate communication
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate patient care
• Support clinic operations and staff coordination
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
• Utilize EMR and care-management tools for efficient patient care
