Job summary

SynergenX Health in Tyler, TX is looking to hire a Mid-Level Full-Time Provider to join our hormone replacement and wellness team. You will work with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate care for patients receiving hormone optimization, weight management, and related services.

Qualifications include an active Texas NP or PA license and a current DEA license. Training is two full weeks (10 business days), paid.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
• Current DEA license is a requirement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients receiving hormone replacement and related services in collaboration with the physician medical director and Center Director
• Work with staff to manage operations at the Tyler location
• Provide patient-centered care and explain treatment plans in understandable terms
• Support clinic goals in growth and expansion of clinical offerings
