SynergenX | Low T Center in Franklin, TN, seeks a Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP/APRN/FNP) for part-time, on-site work. You will deliver patient-centered care, evaluate and plan treatments, and educate patients about wellness options within established protocols.

You will collaborate with the Medical Director and Center Director to ensure quality care, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience while participating in ongoing training and weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current Tennessee Controlled Substance License.
• Strong medical decision-making and clinical judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills.
• Clear explanations of clinical information to patients.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Patient-centered, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to complete two full consecutive weeks of paid training.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care using established treatment protocols.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Support hormone therapy and wellness services, including sleep apnea, weight, hypertension, and libido management.
• Educate patients on health, options, and goals.
• Build relationships through compassionate communication and personalized care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Center Director to coordinate care.
• Support clinic operations and staff coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
• Utilize care-management tools to support efficiency.
