Responsibilities

• Work with doctors and staff in a wellness‑based chiropractic clinic.

• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
• Maintain patient relationships and aid doctor protocols; address complaints.
• Persuade customers and sell memberships/packages.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Manage calls and walk‑ins; greet patients and assist with paperwork.
• Keep clinic clean and workspace organized; ensure accounts are accurate.
• Complete transactions using POS software.
