Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Clinic Coordinator in Middleburg Heights, OH. You will work with a team of doctors in a high‑volume wellness clinic, handling patient education, POS transactions, and membership sales.

You will support clinicians, maintain patient relations, and ensure a smooth front desk operation while delivering excellent customer service and a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Be a Wellness Clinic Coordinator with The Joint Chiropractic and work with doctors and staff in a modern wellness clinic.
• Coordinate multiple tasks with strong multitasking abilities.
• Maintain patient relationships and support doctor protocols.
• Sell memberships and packages to members and visitors.
• Greet patients and assist with required paperwork and forms.
• Manage clinic phone calls and walk-ins; ensure a welcoming reception.
• Keep clinic area clean and well organized; ensure accounts are current.
• Process transactions using point of sale software.
