Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time Wellness Concierge for our Decatur clinic. If you are goal oriented, friendly, and comfortable with sales, you will help welcome members, guide them through memberships, and keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will greet patients, check in for visits, promote memberships and visit packages, and stay up to date on offerings. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of sales experience.
• Ability to use point of sale software and keep patient accounts accurate.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Customer service oriented with effective communication.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and patients upon arrival and assist with check-in.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and memberships.
• Promote memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals.
• Maintain clinic flow and ensure orderly operations.
