Massage Envy in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to help grow our wellness community. You will connect guests with memberships and services that support their health and self-care journey, delivering a standout guest experience from check-in to checkout.

You will promote memberships, educate guests on massage and skincare benefits, and drive gift card sales and promotions. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Massage Envy wellness memberships.
• Educate guests on the benefits of ongoing massage, stretch, and skin care services.
• Drive gift card sales and seasonal promotional offers.
• Recommend and sell professional retail products for at-home wellness and self-care.
• Rebook guests for future appointments to encourage consistent wellness routines.
• Build lasting relationships with members and first-time guests.
• Follow up with prospective members and leads.
• Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records.
• Help achieve individual and clinic sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
