Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to members and patients.
• Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients and checking them in to see the chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls and engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
