Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to support our growth in a fast-paced clinic environment in Indianapolis. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional member and patient service while driving membership sales and promoting wellness offerings.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy reception and front-desk setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of previous sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication with members/patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients, check them in for Chiropractor visits.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Promote membership options, packages and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Keep clinic organized and maintain workspace.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
