Job summary

YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Wellness Consultant to support member growth and retention through engaging interactions and comprehensive orientation. You will assist with enrollment, renewals, and program participation while ensuring a welcoming, safety-conscious environment.

You will conduct tours, promote wellness initiatives, and coordinate onboarding sessions, aligning with the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales and service preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally and assist with workout needs.
• Lead cause-driven facility tours for prospective members.
• Assist with enrollment, orientation, and data entry of new members.
• Support membership staff with Daxko processes and phone calls.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report damage.
• Be a visible, friendly presence promoting YMCA values.
