YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Wellness Consultant to engage members, conduct tours, and support onboarding and membership services. You will help members achieve personal wellness goals and maintain a welcoming, safe Wellness Center environment.

The role emphasizes member relationship building, adherence to policies, and collaboration with branch departments to meet community needs. Strong communication and basic office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sales and service preferred.
• Experience in health and wellness strongly preferred.
• Certification in CPR/BLS, First Aid, and Oxygen Administration within 30 days of hire; training within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a member-focused atmosphere to build relationships with YMCA members, volunteers, guests and donors.
• Greet members and guests professionally, assist with workout needs within certified scope.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and introduce members to others to promote engagement.
• Support membership staff with general member services, processes, and data entry.
• Schedule and deliver new member orientation sessions and assist with onboarding.
• Ensure proper use of Wellness Center equipment and maintain cleanliness and safety.
