Massage Envy is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to join a people-focused, wellness-driven team in Culver City. You will promote memberships, educate guests on services, and drive sales through retail products and gift cards, while ensuring memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships with members and prospective guests, rebooking for ongoing wellness, and achieving individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to confidently recommend memberships, services, and products.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Massage Envy wellness memberships
• Educate guests on the benefits of ongoing massage, stretch, and skin care services
• Drive gift card sales and seasonal promotional offers
• Recommend and sell professional retail products for at-home wellness and self-care
• Rebook guests for future appointments to encourage consistent wellness routines
• Build lasting relationships with members and first-time guests
• Follow up with prospective members and leads
• Maintain accurate guest information and appointment records
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
