Job summary

Equinox is seeking Membership Advisors for a state-of-the-art Dallas, TX location. Advisors will drive membership sales, renewals, and ancillary services through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and member referrals, under the guidance of a General Manager and Regional Manager.

They must build rapport with prospective and current members, host events, and collaborate with a team to meet or exceed monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on an incentive-based compensation plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Personal passion for health and fitness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Under leadership of General Manager and Regional Sales Manager, participate in all club services, programs, and products.
