Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Richmond, VA, to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices. You will conduct wellness assessments, manage medications, and collaborate with families and care teams to uphold quality of life for residents.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least 1 year of experience in senior living or a clinical setting, with strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay Range: 29.25 - 39.05
