Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator in North Scottsdale, AZ to manage biweekly shipments to California and Louisiana. You will receive inbound shipments every Tuesday, reconcile products against studio orders, and ensure accurate outbound fulfillment to all studio locations.

This hands-on role requires meticulous inventory counting, use of spreadsheets and shipping platforms, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Count and verify received quantities against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Follow a repeatable process independently with minimal supervision.
• Use spreadsheets, email, and shipping platforms.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 40 lbs.
• Be available every other Tuesday and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Receiving: receive shipments; inspect for damage; log into tracking system.
• Order Matching & Verification: cross-reference orders, ensure correct items and quantities; communicate shortages.
• Outbound Shipping: pack, label, choose carrier, schedule pickup, record tracking numbers.
• General Duties: maintain clean, organized shipping area; restock; report issues to supply chain team.
