Job summary

This role involves building reports from ERP NetSuite Oracle and WMS RF-Smart, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring accuracy of stock and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Word and Excel skills with Google Drive/Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with high attention to detail.
• Proper grammar and spelling in professional communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer service, order processing, and manufacturing teams on inventory and shipping requests.
• Create reports from data via emails, ERP (NetSuite Oracle) and WMS (RF-Smart).
• Coordinate and develop international shipping and related paperwork.
• Assist with cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies with receiving/shipping/purchasing.
• Operate pallet jack or other material handling equipment as needed.
