Job summary

Sauna House is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to set the stage for every guest experience, delivering warmth, safety, and calm from the moment they enter. You will manage the desk, answer inquiries, and coordinate appointments while embodying the studio’s wellness philosophy.

You'll champion high standards of cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and seamless check-in/check-out processes, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for during their visit to our North Carolina location.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and transition guests from outside to the bathhouse.
• Understand, anticipate, and accommodate guest needs; identify first-timers and regulars.
• Manage phone, email, and bookings with warmth and accuracy.
• Handle check-in/out and billing smoothly without interrupting guest experience.
• Monitor and restock guest amenities; maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Create appointments to optimize bathhouse space and flow.
