Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Wellness Home Services Scheduling Coordinator in Lansdale, PA, to manage resident scheduling, staffing, and payroll support on a full-time basis.

You will handle communications from prospective residents, families, and referrals, while ensuring accurate documentation in the EHR for compliance and continuity of care across our continuing care communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
• Prior scheduling experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of resident cases by ensuring accurate scheduling, appropriate staffing, visit verification, and support for payroll processes.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Home Services Scheduling Coordinator position.

JOB TYPE: Full time

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of resident cases by ensuring accurate scheduling, appropriate staffing, visit verification, and support for payroll processes. You will also assist with managing communications from prospective residents, families, and referral sources regarding new or existing services. All interactions are documented thoroughly and accurately within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience
• Prior scheduling experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting

Pay Range

$19.52 - $23.64 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
