Job summary

Sauna House Durham is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator who will be the welcoming face of our bathhouse, ensuring an inviting and well-presented environment and supporting daily operations.

You’ll greet guests, promote memberships and services, manage reservations, and maintain guest records with discretion. This part-time role offers starting pay of $17/hour + tips, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing roles in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and anticipate needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Discretion with guest information and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, attentive guest experience at every touchpoint.
• Greet guests, manage reservations, and promote memberships or services.
• Educate guests on Sauna House offerings and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized bathhouse and operate with team coordination.
• Support daily operations, respond to inquiries, and uphold safety standards.
