Responsibilities

• Manage the appointment book and client communication.
• Drive membership sales and service enhancements.
• Follow up on leads via phone and email.
• Support member retention through proactive outreach.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Set the tone for professionalism and client care.
• Support clinic operations wherever needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Support daily operational tasks including light cleaning of common areas and restrooms.
• Assist with in-house laundry to ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared and stocked.
