The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time) at our Glendale clinic. You will greet patients, check in, schedule appointments, and help with wellness plans in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays, and a readiness to support multiple locations. Starting pay ranges $17–$17.50 per hour plus bonus, with benefits like 401K and PTO.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Customer service and sales experience preferred.
Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills are essential.

Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
