You will greet and assist patients, process transactions, and promote memberships and packages. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Ability to complete transactions using point of sale software and keep patient accounts current.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients, check-in, and direct to the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and re-engage inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organizational flow.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
