Massage Envy is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent at our Hollywood location. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and guide clients on services and memberships while driving sales and delivering exceptional hospitality.

Ideal candidates have front desk or spa experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours include nights and weekends; position pays $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Provide support in managing phone systems, ensuring calls are directed appropriately.
• Uphold the standards of hospitality and cleanliness at all times.
• Meet monthly goals of membership sales

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with night audit processes is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest relations and hospitality services.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
