Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient experiences at the clinic's front desk. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a welcoming, organized approach.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, explain wellness plans, and support sales targets while collaborating with chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
