Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in San Mateo, CA invites applications for a Front Desk Coordinator in a part-time role. You will greet patients, check them in, schedule visits, and explain wellness plans while delivering friendly service to every guest.

You will support clinic operations, maintain patient records, assist with marketing efforts, and work with chiropractors to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
