Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships.
• Support sales goals by converting patients to members.
• Handle phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain records in POS.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Keep front desk and clinic organized and clean.
• Collaborate with team and chiropractors for good patient experience.
