The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator for a part-time role at our Tiffany Springs clinic. You will greet patients, manage appointment flow, check in/out, and support membership sales with a positive, service-minded attitude.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in customer service or sales, strong phone and computer skills, and the stamina to stand for extended periods. Open availability across the Kansas City metro is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
