Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in American Fork, UT is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for a part-time role focused on delivering friendly patient experiences and supporting front office operations in a retail healthcare setting.

You will greet patients, check them in, schedule appointments, answer calls, and help promote wellness plans while maintaining accurate records and a clean reception area. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
• Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
