Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage clinic flow in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships confidently.
• Support sales goals by converting patients to members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors for a positive patient experience.
