Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in American Fork, UT is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our fast-paced retail healthcare team. This part-time role focuses on patient check-in, scheduling, and delivering a positive first impression.

You will greet patients, manage clinic flow, present wellness plans, handle phone inquiries, and keep patient records up to date using our POS software. Weekend availability is required, with bonus potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
