Job summary

Free People is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Wayne, PA location to support selling, service and operations that create an inspiring environment rooted in wellness and happiness.

You will partner with the leadership team to drive store goals, recruit and onboard top talent, and deliver an omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS, and the FP App. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required to meet store needs and events with local fitness partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and styling recommendations to meet store goals.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent for the store.
• Drive omni-channel customer experiences using MPOS, POS, and FP App; ensure timely shipment processing and restocking.
• Maintain daily operating standards including sales forecasting, scheduling, and payroll.
• Foster inclusive, development-focused leadership and clear communication with the team.
