Job summary

Free People is seeking a stylist for our Bethesda store to drive sales through product knowledge and genuine customer service. You will represent the FP Movement brand on the shop floor, engage customers with our events and promotions, and support store operations to maintain brand standards.

The role requires passion for FP Movement, prior customer service experience, teamwork, and availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays at our Bethesda location.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative and drive the store experience on the sales floor.
• Provide product knowledge and genuine service to customers.

• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory, safety, and loss prevention.
