Free People Newtown is seeking a Key Holder to partner with the store leadership in supervising operations and inspiring customers and team through engaging experiences and strong service.

You will drive sales, share product knowledge, manage daily zone, assist with events, and ensure visual standards while supporting omni-channel orders.

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, a passion for FP Movement, and a commitment to exceptional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail team member or supervisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for FP Movement and fitness community.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to drive sales and create an engaging in-store experience.
• Guide and develop Stylists, balancing service with tasks.
• Ensure omni-channel order processing and store display standards.
• Help manage inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
• Communicate with the team and participate in daily meetings.
