Job summary

Free People is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our new Tigard, OR location. You will support selling, service, and daily operations to create an inspiring environment rooted in fitness, wellness, and happiness, collaborating with a team to elevate the customer experience.

As a leader on the floor, you will help recruit and onboard staff, coach for excellent service, and ensure visual standards, omni-channel shopping, and events align with FP Movement's brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering selling, service, and store operations to create an engaging environment.
• Support brand experience and visual standards with omni-channel shopping.
• Help recruit, onboard, and develop store team.
• Manage omni-channel experiences and POS workflows to optimize sales.
