Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to design, coordinate, and lead a diverse calendar of programs for independent living and assisted living residents. The role supports the Life Enrichment Director and engages residents and families to maintain high participation and satisfaction.

You will assist with transportation, scheduling, and volunteer coordination, while ensuring safety and person-centered activities that promote overall wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience planning, conducting, and coordinating programs for seniors is favored.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Designs, facilitates, and implements a monthly calendar of activities and programs.
• Leads 6–7 high-quality programs per day across IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Assists with resident transportation, outings, and volunteer coordination; supports family engagement.
