Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Glenshaw, PA, is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support our Life Enrichment Director in creating engaging programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents.

You will help design, plan, and implement a monthly activity calendar, coordinate with the team, recruit volunteers, and assist with transportation to activities, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and person-centered experience for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; state requirements may apply.
• 1–3 years experience in activities or elder care preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to sit/stand, lift up to 50 lbs and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing diverse activity programs.
• Coordinate with life enrichment team to plan calendars and events.
• Transport residents to activities and outings when needed.
• Engage residents and families to promote participation.
