Job summary

NYCM Insurance Agency Inc. seeks a People Development Analyst to develop, administer, and organize the corporate wellness program to promote energy, happiness, and fulfillment across the organization.

You will manage all wellness activities, coordinate year-round employee engagement events, and work with the benefits team to measure ROI and impact on healthcare usage and premiums. You will also maintain the internal intranet and publish regular wellness updates.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Ability to create, analyze, and present reports to management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting.
• Experience with MS PowerPoint and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and organize the annual corporate-wide employee wellness program.
• Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual wellness program activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement events year-round.
• Maintain the employee intranet and internal communications.
• Research awards programs and submit applications.
• Collaborate with the benefits team to assess ROI and impact.
• Create internal reporting metrics on fitness center usage and participation.
• Conduct employee surveys to collect feedback.
