BSI Corporate Benefits is seeking a Benefits Analyst to transform complex claims, enrollment, and financial data into strategic insights for clients in Bethlehem, PA. You will collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, and carriers to support renewals, new business opportunities, and ongoing consulting efforts.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze market and plan information to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years' experience with data management.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and analyzing insurance carrier reports, claims data, and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims, enrollment, contribution, utilization, and financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Prepare client and prospect reporting including plan cost history and projections.
• Develop and manage RFPs to carriers and vendors while tracking results and timelines.
• Provide claims analysis and support for renewal objectives with Account teams.
• Build relationships with carrier partners and support sales opportunities.
