Job summary

TriHealth Corporate Health in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Wellness Coach to support employee fitness, physician wellness and related programs. You will develop, promote and deliver fitness and health promotion initiatives, conduct pre-screenings, fitness assessments, and biometric screenings, and ensure a safe, welcoming exercise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health/Fitness or related field required.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Fitness Instructor Certification as applicable.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs/projects (3–4 years).
• Completion of TriHealth Wellness Coaching training within 6 months of hire.
• Up to 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and deliver fitness and health promotion programs.
• Perform participant pre-screenings, equipment orientations, fitness assessments and biometric screenings.
• Provide proactive customer service and interaction for clients.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned product and service lines within TriHealth Corporate Health.
• Maintain quality control for assigned program and ensure a safe, friendly exercise environment.
• Staff fitness centers and support group fitness classes and events.
