The role emphasizes collaboration with HR teams, managing audits, Open Enrollment and ACA compliance, and developing communications about benefits changes. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in benefits or personnel administration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years Benefits, insurance processing or general personnel administration experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily support to Benefits Specialists for health and welfare benefits, including workflow management and issue resolution.
• Acts as project lead for Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, audits, and HCM system optimization.
• Guides day-to-day benefit administration and communicates data flow and error corrections.
• Collaborates with HR Technology, HR Operations, HR Core, and HR Service Center to ensure data integrity.
• Assess​es and facilitates new process improvements to standardize and streamline benefits administration.
• Manages audits and reviews of metrics to ensure data integrity and performance standards.
• Maintains knowledge documentation for the Benefits team and HR Service Center.
• Executes complex reporting tasks for management decision-making.
• Assists in education and communication plans about benefits changes.
