Responsibilities

• Leadership: recruit, mentor, coach and inspire the team.
• Resident care: assess, plan, and coordinate individualized care.
• Collaboration: liaise with internal staff, vendors, and medical pros.
• Quality: lead meetings, manage service agreements and physician orders.
• Safety: oversee medication management, audits, incident reporting, investigations.
• Emergency: assist with resident evacuation during emergencies.

Wellness Director / Director of Nursing Job Profile:

• Leadership Excellence: Maintain, manage, and inspire a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching.
• Resident-Centric Care: Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care.
• Effective Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with internal staff, third‑party vendors, and medical professionals.
• Quality Assurance: Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician order sheets, and assure compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Continuous Oversight: Ensure proper medication management, complete timely audits, handle incident reporting, and conduct investigations.
• Emergency Response: Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.
• Other duties as strategically aligned with our mission and vision.

Job Requirements: Your Qualifications
