Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing, or equivalent.
• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in TX.
• Stellar customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care.
• Liaise with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals.
• Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician order sheets, and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
• Ensure proper medication management, complete timely audits, handle incident reporting, and conduct investigations.
• Other duties as strategically aligned with our mission and vision.
