Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff coordination: maintain staffing and scheduling; assist with recruitment and training.
• Resident-centered care: complete assessments and individualized care plans.
• Effective communication: liaise with internal staff and external vendors for care coordination.
• Leadership and training: lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles.
• Regulatory compliance: manage service agreements, update physician orders, EMAR.
• Medication management supervision: perform weekly MAR reviews and cart audits.
• Quality assurance: assist with incident reports and investigations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Assistant Wellness Director Job Profile: A Steward of Health and Wellness

• Staff Coordination: Maintain staffing and scheduling utilizing modern staffing software; assist with recruitment and training to ensure a robust healthcare team.
• Resident-Centered Care: Complete comprehensive assessments and individualized care plans, emphasizing personalized wellness.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with internal staff and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Leadership and Training: Lead monthly staff meetings and daily team huddles, cultivating an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage service agreements, update physician orders, and maintain Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR).
• Medication Management Supervision: Perform weekly cart audits, Medication Administration Record (MAR) reviews, and expired medication retrieval.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with incident reports and investigations, ensuring adherence to best practices in senior care.
• Other duties as assigned.
