Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing.
• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs activities in accordance with state and federal regulations and community policies.
• Establishes working relationships with health care professionals and Residents' providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
