Job summary

The Phoenix at Lake Joy in Warner Robins, GA seeks an RN/LPN to join as Wellness Director. This role leads the health and well-being of residents, directing clinical programs, QA, and regulatory compliance within the community.

The Wellness Director will train and onboard clinical and care coordinator staff, and collaborate with the Regional Director of Resident Care on Medication Care Manager training where allowed. Experience in Assisted Living and dementia care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years department management experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
• Multi-department experience strongly recommended.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents.
• Oversee clinical programs, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in training and onboarding of clinical and care coordinator team members.
• Partner with Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Care Manager training where allowed.
