Arrow Senior Living in Strongsville, OH is seeking a full-time Wellness Director to lead the on-site wellness team and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise staff, coordinate medications, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate service to residents and families.

This role offers a salary between $83,200 and $95,160 plus up to $4,000 in annual bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years' experience in resident care in assisted living.
• Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations; dementia care experience preferred.

• Direct and maintain exceptional quality of care for all residents.
• Provide oversight, training, motivation, and team building to Wellness staff.
• Coordinate medication management and supervise care staff.
• Oversee department compliance and budget and ensure Wellness operates according to state guidelines and Arrow policies.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and assessments.
