About the Director of Nursing Position
As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead, and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents. Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as their healthcare needs change. Supervise and provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community. The level of healthcare delivery (HWD level) is determined based on the community’s complexity, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management regulations, assessment requirements, licensure requirements, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.
